A few more events will be added when we confirm them, and there’s still a few corrections to the panelist lists, but this is mostly accurate.

Of all the things I think FOGcon is doing well–which is a lot!–I’m exceptionally pleased with the programming. We have some great panels here, with strong panelists. Check out what we’re doing!

The deadline for Nebula nominations is tomorrow. If anyone is sending their nominations in last-minute, I hope you’ll consider my short story I’m Alive, I Love You, I’ll See You in Reno. Lightspeed, June 2010.

I fly out to Arisia tomorrow. I’ve got two panels: Taboos in Fiction (Friday at 5 PM) and Imagining Anarchy (Friday at 6:30 PM). I have a reading on Saturday at 11 PM. I’ll be teaching Writing the Other, along with Nisi Shawl, on Sunday at 11 AM. And I’ll be attending the Arisia corporate meeting to talk about FOGcon, and I think that meeting is Sunday at 5 PM. So that’s my schedule. Phew!

Also, Christmas Wedding was podcast at Escape Pod last week, if you’re not too burned out on holiday things. And if you _are_ burned out on Christmas, there’s a nice apocalypse and some brain damage to keep you busy.

Time Wise addresses the question of guilt versus responsibility in this short video. He’s answering the question, “As a white male, should I feel guilty for the sins of my fathers?”

I thought his answer was wonderful. The short version: No, but you should feel angry and do something about how unfair our society is.

It’s only about two minutes long, and it’s worth hearing.
