Simon Owens sent me an interesting interview about The Million Writers Award.

I too am frustrated with online magazines not being perceived as “real” magazines. I love online magazines because I can link to my stories, which increases the number of people who find the story and read it. I’m glad the rules for the Campbell Award (new writer of sf/f) have changed recently to be more welcoming of writers with online publications. I think print publication will always have a place, but that online publication offers great possibilities.
