I love my friends. My delightfully nerdy friend Annaliese Beery took the raw data I posted about story submissions and made these lovely histograms.

She says:
1) Distributions (counts) and means of # times submitted, # months out there, and whether sold.
2) No significant difference in #times submitted by whether or not it sold
3) # submissions highly correlated with #months on the market (not surprisingly).

Which is pretty much what I thought. Data nerds, enjoy!
